Select class europe short prawns and cold cuts of braised chcicken on a bed of wild/greenrice with hazlenuts/dressing and lemon. Hot rolls with butter. Chocolate/raisin cake with whipped cream.

Very tasty cold meal for a short evening flight. Suckulent prawns, tasty cuts of chicken! The rice was nicely flavoured by the dressing but still gave the meal a healthy touch. The lemon added extra flavour. The chocolate cake was very heavy and had excelent taste, nice with klm's columbian coffee!
