lunch - main - for this we had three choices and i choose the first one chicken in mustard sauce roasetd chicken fillet with mustard sauce served with taliatelle, aubergine and curgette compote, french beans and caramelised onions. or pomegrante-glazed salmon baked salmon fillet with a pomegrante glaze served with baby carrots and raisins and lemon basmati rice. or veal medallion with olive sauce grilled veal with black olive sauce served with potato puree with chives and vegtable medley of carrots, beans and celery.
