Amuse: Creamy potato and leek soup with bacon Meal salad: Mixed salad with salmon, green asparagus, oven-dried tomatoes and mixed herbs Dessert: White chocolate and yoghurt mousse with rhubarb anise coulis Two rolls

I think the amuse and dessert are nice and the portions of all three courses are adequate for this short one hour flight. However, I personally think that the main course (meal salad) is not the best option considering this is suppose to be served as a dinner meal. Perhaps a simple pasta/risotto/or a small meat dish would be a better option.
