Bangers and Mash (Pork Sausages, mashed potato, peas, carrots and gravy)- Pictured. Wholemeal bread roll, Lily's chocolate thin, cheese and crackers, lurpak butter and an Amore cinnamon and custard sponge pudding and fresh fruit- Not pictured, comes in a separate bag.

The bangers and mash was way too salty I had to put pepper on it to try and balance the flavours out. The mashed potato was in one tiny strip and I forked it out to make it look bigger- definitely not the fluffy mash advertised! Gravy was I think the salt culprit and the veg was a bit wrinkly where it had been over cooked. I am giving the meal a four as the extras in the bag made up for it and the pudding and the crackers and cheese were lovely. The bag may make cabin crews life easier but it made it rather hard to eat as there was paper and cellophane wrapers, lids etc. everywhere and the seat tables are only small- a tray would have been better. Took a ridiculously long time for cabin crew to work out who had bought meals, they got very confused forgot people and then asked people who had pre-booked meals and hadn't got them to put on the call button- which 25% of the plane did! Perhaps a suggestion that pre-booked meals sit together in a certain part of the aircraft like other airlines or is that too much like common sense?
