It was a classic dinner, filling and pleasant. out of three choice, chose to go with the prawns. name is Salad: Garden fresh roasted beetroot, orange segments and toasted Sesame seeds Main: "JINGA ACHARI MASALA" Coastal specialty of prawns marinated in pickling spices, stewed in onion gravy. Breads: Choose the wheat brown bread Dessert: White Chocolate and Wild Raspberry Cheese Mousse. I like the dinner, but felt the prawns arent marinated enough as described as it was plain, but not a big deal. loved the food.

Equipment: The dinner was served on good size tray fitting all the four items comfortably. The cutlery was stainless steel reusable one and good to have with. The drinking glass was bit slippery and not very comfortable to hold, easy to slip and drop.
