My first "10"/10 Airline Meal rating ever. This one was awesome, tasty, filling and culturally on point. I pre-ordered the Japanese Meal and received the following in a Bento Box format clockwise from top left: Keep-fired soft-shell crab marinated in sweet vinegar; Boiled beef "Shigure" & potato salad; Smoked salmon dressed with tofu & sesame sauce; Simmered seasonal vegetables; Tune Poke'; Corn tofu. The Daimono course: Grilled Black Cod "Saikyo Miso" flavor, steamed rice and miso soup. Simply awesome!
