This meal was a god-send after 3 other flights on Iceland air with horrible meals which included a cold omelet with green beans, ugh! The lasagna was warm all the way through, the bread was pretty soft and the frosting on the carrot cake was a wonderful vanilla and cream cheese mixture. After several very expensive and average meals in Iceland, this was a nice way to end the trip
