Hong Kong Airlines needs to work on a few things on its catering in its business class on these new ultra long haul flights. They need to improve on the presentation of the main course - use a bigger casserole dish or plate main course individually. There should also be an additional cheese/fruit course. The mid-flight snacks are strange. The cheese plate was normal, but the tortilla wrap was strange. They should offer more traditional Asian food like noodle soup. The pre-arrival meal was simply awful and the scallop entree was disgusting. Too much rice and not enough protein. Basically not business class but more premium economy!
