I had this same menu as December 2017. The appetizer was a nice foie gras terrine and for entree, I have the Mushroom Wellington. The dessert was a baked blueberry cheesecake. The breakfast prior to arrival was typical HX breakfast. A bit disappointed that it was an one tray affair, but given the poor attitude of the F/As, maybe seeing them less was better.
