Lunch - Mulligatawny Soup A lightly flavoured dhal soup enchanced with coconut milk Indian spiced lamb masala Lamb shank marinated in spices, roasted on the bone with jeera cumin rice and yellow dhal palak spinach - with paneer lababdar cottage cheese in spicy tomato gravy. Ganache coated black forest parfait with strawberry jelly and chocolate cashew nut praline - served with a drizzle of vanilla and mango coulis.

I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't imagining this kind of spread on a flight so short. I asked the SkyChef to put together whatever he reccomended and surprise me - and he didn't disappoint. Fantastic food and even more splendid presentation.
