EVA Air really has put out many thoughts on these Japanese flights, and the menu features three choices - one Chinese (Ding Tai Fung), Western (three course meal) and Japanese meal. As a fan of Japanese food, EVA Air definitely does not disappoint. All the dishes are good and I love sushi. I only skipped eel because I don't eat eel, not because of taste. I have to take one point off because of the dessert, which lacks any imagination.
