Eurowings is basically doomed to be a failure from the beginning. The hybrid full service/LCC model simply does not work. For BizClass passengers, you have access to all the buy on board products for free including alcohol. For beverages, drinks were poured from large bottles into paper cups. For food, you can choose any meals or snacks from the buy on board menu, but since we were on the return segment from Stockholm back to Dusseldorf, they ran out of all sandwiches. For a route that they have been running for a while, it is unacceptable that they load insufficient amount of food. I have to settle for the tapas platter because that is closest thing to a full meal. So my warning is that even if you are in BizClass, eat before flight. For beverages, there is no attempt to offer a second round. Pour showing all around!
