lunch - starter - salad, roll, salmon mousse canape on "cucumber carpaccio" (yes, that's what they call the cucumber slices!) and mango chutney

choice of three red wines, three white wines plus the usual stuff

Etihad calls it Fusion cuisine - it's good but a bit overhyped
