As always, when there was service, it was impeccable. The FA who served me was a very nice man of West African descent and he really was the best part of my experience, even saving me when my sleep self wandered back to my seat with my phone left behind in the (very nice and well-sized) lavatory. He allowed me some extra bread and both starters as stormy weather at SFO led to missed connections off of United, Air Canada, and Alaska, leading to about 20 no-shows tho Premium Economy was booked full by departure. The bread was fantastic, the fruit was fresh, the salmon was great. As far as the entree, it's probably tied with ITA Airways as the best breakfast I've had on an airliner. Very tasty and would highly recommend this dish! I have low expectations for breakfasts, and especially eggs, in the air. My expectations were blown out of the water. As it was the day after Christmas, we were next served a Christmas cookie as a special treat. A well-cooked breakfast.
