There were two meals served on the flight. Light Bites consisting of Hong Kong - style chicken curry roll or baked harissa vegetable roll (that was good - did not capture on picture), PLUS a piece of chocolate cookie. Breakfast proper included seasonal fruit, yogurt, choice of Spanish Frittata served with chicken sausage, sauteed spinach, mushrooms and tomato concasse (pictured here), OR prawn congee PLUS bread. The meal looked better than it tasted. The bread roll was cold. And I am not sure if the catering is done by Cathay Pacific Catering Services - the eggs tasted artificial and there was way too much fat in the chicken sausage. Appreciated the veggies on the dish though.
