Spicy salmon salad served on a bed of lettuce with a julienne of marinated vegetables. Fillet of Nile perch served with buttered broccoli, red capsicum coulis and steamed parsley potatoes. Red Bean Cake – Chinese red bean pudding cake. Coffee and tea.

White wine, mineral water, tea and coffee.

Excellent seafood light meal. Didn't fancy the Chinese red bean pudding cake.
