Back to PLASTIC CUTLERY. Why is it that we can be trusted not to stab each other east of Dubai but not west? It would certainly be difficult to threaten the safety of the plane, it is hard enough to get out of the seats unarmed. Plastic or proper. Fruit: excellent, cold & fresh. Croissant hot & soggy. Roesti thing, uninspired and bland. Peppers & spinach, delicious. EK 011 is such a tricky flight to be happy on being that it departs at 2 something in the morning. Everyone is knackered and it only gets worse the longer the flight goes on. Emirates should have bought some Concordes. Their crew at least deserved them.
