Pan-Fried Snapper – topped with a tangy three flavoured sauce, served with egg fried rice and stir-fried vegetables. Chocolate Sacher Cake – chocolate cake served with raspberry coulis. Cheese and biscuits. Chocolates. Coffee and tea.

White wine, mineral water, tea and coffee.

Pleasant light meal for the short trip from Bangkok to Hong Kong.
