Very Substantial According to Cabin Crew, this is the only meal of the flight up-lifted in Penang, normal meals were double catered from Hong Kong. Therefore different container for fruits to other meals. The catering essentially made 1 hindu meal especially for Dragonair, so I reckon they stuffed the casserole with as much food as possible to reduce waste, portion control is difficult when you're only making 1 meal. The casserole is so stuffed and full, I can't even eat the bread. The main casserole is a lamb curry with rice and curry veg.
