Interesting and unique. A cold (intentionally) smoked salmon and egg layered calzone style sandwich with a side of garlicky tzatziki yogurt dip and some greek sugar cookies. Utensils made of compostable bamboo and all neatly contained within a sturdy box for ease of service. I was skeptical at first but it was actually quite tasty and the garlic stayed with me for hours! The cold depresses some of the flavors and it is my opinion that if they heated this thing up prior to service, it would be outstanding.
