Pre-Departure Orange Juice Nuts & Green Tea Wheat Roll Salad with beef & seafood salad. Sweet & Sour Fish, Noodles Tomato based soup. Fruit & Cream Puffs w/ chocolate sauce.

The dish was more western, that I would have expected, there was a chicken or beef option as well. Cream puffs were good and tasty. I didn't ask but I don't think there was alcohol on board.
