Cathay Pacific will discontinue this route in late March and there is really no effort putting on the catering. Given I was the only passenger, which took part in the meals, I was unsurprised with the less than spectacular offering. The duck appetizer was average but the side apple and celery salad was pretty foul with too much mayonnaise. I choose the noodles as main course because I could not handle stir fried lobster and rice, or beef tenderloin after a heavy meal with my friends. The apple crumble tart was perhaps the highlight of the meals.
