same wine list as HKG-LHR flight. I had the St. Estephe which was very good. My wife had orange juice.

The terrine was fine. Nothing too great. The salad was fresh with a nice dressing. The chicken dish was tasty, but the rice, being reheated, was hard towards the edge of the plate. The star dish was the lamb. It was very tender and moist and the sauce was superb. The vegetables were done just right and the mash potato was as tasty as any 5 star restaurant. The cheesecake was good too. Not too rich/heavy.
