entree: smoked salmon with waldorf salad, main course: pan fried fish with salsify, carrots, garlic and girolle veloute and roasted potato wedges. and some spinach dessert: Hagen Daz ice cream (coffee flavour)

the salad was absolutely disgusting. it's very fattening and over creamy. the fish was tasteless, potato wedges were soggy and the spinach...errr, I couldnt figure out what it was by looking at it. it was overcooked and soft like spinach cream..yucks!!
