Prawn Salad served with Thousand Island Dressing Stewed Spare RIbs with Preserved Vegetables, Steamed Rice, Chinese Vegetables Chocolate Fudge Cake Bread Roll and Butter Tea and Coffee

Loads of stuff available but chose Sprite.

The dish I chose was marked Cathay Pacific Best Chinese Food in The AIr, A special selection from Spring Moon, The Peninsula Hong Kong. It was well cook and so delicious, full of flavour anf garlic !!! Excellent food. Chocolate cake wasn't so great, a little dry. salad was fine. I really like the tray and the bambou impression and the chinese like red cup was a very nice touch.
