Loads of stuff available but chose Sprite.

For once The dish I chose wasn't marked Cathay Pacific Best Chinese Food in The AIr, A special selection from Spring Moon, The Peninsula Hong Kong. It was well cook and so delicious, full of flavour !!! Excellent food. Chocolate cake was so great, a little dry. salad was fine. I really like the tray and the bambou impression and the chinese like red cup was a very nice touch.
