Cucumber with surimi crab, zucchini and Italian herb dressing. Roasted chicken with red chili and preserved bean curd sauce, steamed rice and broccoli and giner julienne. Bread roll and butter. Cookies and cream ice cream and Tim Tam.

Mosel Riesling Kabinett 2009

Salad was light and refreshing. Roasted chicken was well seasoned. The broccoli was over cooked and the ginger julienne was almost indiscernible.
