Dinner warm cashew nuts as pre appetizer mixed seasonal salad with shrimp served with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing sauteed sea bass fillet with leek and mustard sauce served with boiled potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables (Menu Card)

: anything. The wine list include: -Billecart-Salmon Brut champagne -Louis Max Pouilly Vinzelles 2000 (a fantastic white wine which I always have when on board CX business class) -Framingham Sauvignon Blanc 2002 -Chateau Haut-Vignoble

Fantastic meal! The fish was juicy and fresh. The sauce was not over-powering. The service, as always, was superb.
