The prawn salad was good. Juicy and flavourful. However, both the chicken and the salmon fillet were very bland and disappointing. They were just not tasty enough. The ice-cream was as good as it gets. The breads were nice and warm, though. I love the Louis Max Pouilly Vincelles. It is always on the CX Business Class wine list. I always choose it whenever I fly with them. It is a very good white wine. After the meal, they gave us all a little 'moon-cake' (pic 17). It was the Mid-Autumn Festival and moon cakes are part of the celebratory foods. Nice gesture, Cathay!
