A sandwich with ham and cheese and a little tomato paste inside. It was heated, before to be served. We had also a little piece of chocolate.

Water, Coffee, Tea, Coca-cola, Fanta, Wines

Not so bad

Other: Flying 3 hours and 10 minutes in Embraer 190 is not so pleasant, especially when the seats are not so comfortable and the leg room is around 29 inches. Maybe they can offer to the passengers a little more meal on board when the flight continues more than 2:30 hours.
