Nice little snack served about 90min before landing. though a bit inadequate especially with nearly a 30min delay waiting for a plane to move out of the way so we can get to our gate. Through out the flight the staff was very attentive, and often came by with drinks, water, and juice to drink. They were professional and attentive. Despite some of the technical difficulties that plagued the in-flight entertainment system (it was not working for part of the flight and different problems in different cabins). Also the jetway wouldn't work at the gate in London, so we had to walk across the tarmac and up a set of portable stairs up into the plane. At least the seat I was in had a bit more leg room than other economy seats witch made the flight much more pleasant. thought the flight to London from sfo had more & cuter male stewards than this flight ;-) This trip was my first time flying on BA, My mother and I (took her to London & Paris for her Christmas present this year) were very impressed with the quality and level of service they provided during our flights.
