First Class Main One of the biggest lamb-shanks I have ever seen. Looked really tender and juicy. Covered in just the right amount of gravy, mixed with onions. All served on a bed of fresh green lettuce. (Menu Card)

Orange juice

Didn't eat it myself, but a colleague of mine - AND the passengers - all exclaimed about how nice it was. I'm not a big fan of lamb, so can't give it a perfect ten.
