First Class Main Thai fish cakes with herbs and spices covered in a splash of tomato and basil dressing, served with green beans, spinach and asparagus. Great combination. (Menu Card)

Orange juice

Fish cakes were perhaps over-spiced, drowning out the flavour of the fish. British Airways always have the best seafood, so this is a real shame. Still, it was really lovely and the sauce complemented the rest of the dish fantastically.
