Lunch - Filet of grilled salmon on top of rocket (fancy lettuce), goat cheese, tomato, and tabouleh. Offered with a warm roll and some kind of pastry with cream. (Menu Card)

Water (but we were also offered wine)

"Fantastic salad, although I have to agree with FlyerTalk's Matthew Clement when he says "what a small piece of meat" I wish I could keep the teacup!"
