This is the "Gourmet dining" meal that you now can pre-order for 18 pounds when you fly in economy (World Traveller) on certain longhaul flights. The meal itself will be treated as any other special meal, so you will get it first. But that will also probably make it impossible to be up-graded on the flight. The meal was REALLY good.
