This meal was not very impressive. I accidentally received the regular meal right before this, and the flight attendant let me have both meals due to the error. The regular meal was much better (I eat dairy and eggs, so this was no problem). I felt that this meal was rather random and not enough protein for a breakfast offering. Perhaps adding some nuts or a vegan breakfast bar or muffin instead of a roll would be better, as this just had too many carbs.
