Light lunch - Grilled Chicken Breast Salad with pasta, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, butter lettuce and creamy garlic dressing. On the side were a roll and butter, and a bean salad. Ice cream was served for dessert in a cocktail tumbler. (Menu Card)

"It was a 3pm mid-afternoon flight. One of my schedules called the meal service a "snack", the other "Lunch". I would call it a light lunch. The presentation was very nice and the food was actually excellent."
