Warm nuts to start service. Salad with pepper cream dressing and warm breads., Main dish - Turkey sandwich with stuffing, cranberry sauce, Brie and garlic herb spread OR Chilled Mediterranean shrimps served with tarragon aioli and panzanella salad. Dessert - Ice cream, fruit cup or cheese plate. Snack - freshly baked cookies before arrival.

Water and orange juice mixed with cranberry.

American should offer more generous meals on their transcon lunch flights. Sandwiches or salads do not bode well for a flight of this length. The turkey sandwich tasted like a greasy glob.
