Cajun Style roasted chicken on corn salad, green salad with pepper cream dressing and a sourdough roll, beef filet with Gorgonzola mushroom sauce and green beans, sundae with butterscotch and a cranberry oatmeal cookie and sparkling water. (other choices were: olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing, stuffed shell pasta, sundae with chocolate sauce or berry toppings, whipped cream and pecans or a fruit and cheese plate, chocolate chip cookie)

Sprite, hot tea

Great meal, much more food than I expected even for a transcon. Chicken appatizer was good but would have been better if it were heated, the salad dressing was good and the beef was amazing. It was tender, the potatoes were good, and the green beans were great as well. The sundae was amazing and it was nice that they made it to order. The fresh baked cookies were also a nice touch to have prior to arrival.
