Pre-boarding drinks offered. Pre-meal warmed nuts and Glen Livet. Meal consisted of radishes and dip, salad, beef short ribs with macaroni and cheese, and chocolate cake. The short ribs were medium rare and quite good. The salad was very small as was the appetizer. The macaroni and the cake were average. American has downsized domestic premium cabin meals which is unfortunate.

Equipment: The usual plates and flatware.   //   Other: Our flight attendant Wes was excellent. He offered seconds on nuts and bread. He truly enjoys his job and providing top-notch service.
