Lunch Macadamia encrusted breast of chicken with sauteed zuchinni, squash, and mashed potatoes.

Pretty good. Best of the meal is the sundae (and freshed baked cookies prior to landing). Unfortunately, I did not take pictures of those two. AA's Flagship service in F on the 767-200 is about the best way you can get from coast to coast. Very enjoyable with a personal DVD player/movies, and the "wooly mammoth seat," which is AA's version of a Barcalounger.
