Salad with dressing choice. Grilled chicken sandwich with cheese on artisan bread. Roll choice (not shown). Brownie ice cream sundae for dessert.

Wine with lunch, water with dessert.

I was surprised at how good this basic sandwich really was. And how can a brownie sundae be bad?! My seatmate ended up being Burt Rutan which was totally awesome! For an aerophile like me, I was in geek heaven.
