Lunch - Warm nuts and cocktails were followed by
a generous size, sort of Greek salad which was served from a salad bowl on the
cart, into your plate at the seat. Two choices of dressing were offered, I had
creamy Italian-the other was a peppe (Menu Card)
California Napa Valley red wine
"I thought they did a nice job, though the service for this 4-hour flight is not as elaborate as it was a few years ago. The salad was very good and had lots of olives. The sandwich was reasonable, though I've certainly had better. The au jus saved it, having a very nice flavor."
