A one page menu was presented starting with tropical nut mix followed by salad with a choice of Asian dressing or vinaigrette. The main courses were Teriyaki glazed beef fillet with broccolini, pineapple spear and basmati rice with ginger cilantro pesto OR cheese raviolis. For dessert the choices were fruit & cheese OR vanilla ice cream sundae with a choice of hot fudge, strawberry sauce or sweet coffee toppings with whipped cream and chopped walnuts.

Water, Diet Sierra Mist and red wine

A very satisfying and well executed meal. The salad was a bit larger than the usual ones served on mainland US flights and the beef was tender and properly cooked.
