Dinner and continental breakfast Dinner started with warmed nuts and a double Woodford neat. Appetizer of prosciutto-wrapped pears was unique and tasty. The salad was standard but the Maui onion vinaigrette was very good. Entree of filet mignon, well-done unfortunately, roasted vegetables (broccoli, red peppers, and onions) and fingerling potatoes were good considering it was an airline meal. The sour dough bread (not pictured) was hot. Unfortunately, the catering company did not provide dry ice so we did not have custom-made ice cream sundaes. Fortunately, we received chocolate cake which was good, but a bit dry, so whipped cream, berries, or a swirl of sauce would have been a nice addition. Continental breakfast was yogurt, granola, and fruit. Satisfying but a bit lite; a danish or croissant would have been a nice addition.

Equipment: The lie-flat seat was comfortable but if you're prone to sleeping on your back, it's a bit narrow. The IFE had a slight short in one channel, left if I remember correctly, so the sound in my left headphone cut in and out occasionally, but not a big deal. The comforter was warm and the pillow big and comfortable.   //   Other: Nice cabin crew, did a nice job
