Tenderloin of Beef accented by a Mustard Caper Demi-Glace, accompanied by oven-roasted Carrot Slices and Lemon Mashed Potatoes.

Tomato Juice

Very good. Filet was of nice size and texture and it wasn't cooked into shoe leather! The demi-glace was also quite tasty.
