Great service on todays flight. PDB I chose champagne. Champagne with drinks and hot nuts. I preordered lunch which was roasted chicken with rosemary sauce. It was served with cauliflower mash along with garlic broccoli. Prior to the hot plate, a salad and starter was served. The salad was very good with baby artichokes and greens. The starter was a tataki salmon with a rhubarb and ginger compote. Warm bread. For dessert I chose the sundae. Very good meal. Second meal I chose the BBQ beef with Brie. It was tasty.
