Breakfast - Cheddar cheese omelet placed amidst potatoes, ham and peppers. Fruit featuring oranges, grapes and kiwi. The choice of a bagel or biscuit with optional garnishings.

Orange Juice

This omelet is about the best you're going to see on a Domestic Mid-Continental Flight. It was hot, it came with meat and cheese and a couple of sides and there was salt and pepper for added flavor.
