Nuts were served with drinks. The meal tray came with the appetizer which is Burrata witih strawberry salsa and the salad with a choice of Ginger Pineapple Vinaigrette or Balsamic Vinaigrette. A bread basket is passed with pretzel rolls, sour dough, multigrain or Hawaiian sweet bread. Salad and appetizer plates are collected and lunch is served. I had the Wagyu Meatloaf. Trays are removed and either a fruit and cheese plate is offered or an ice cream sundae. I got the sundae.

Equipment: This is the first time being on an American 777-200 that has forward and rear facing seats in first class (business class for international). I don't care for the rear facing seat configuration.
