Dallas to Honolulu is an eight hour flight. In Premium Economy, we received a cold wrap with a noodle salad, fried green beans, and cheesecake square. Had this been London to JFK which is slightly shorter, we would have received a hot lunch on china as well as a snack. It's discouraging that because this was a domestic flight, the airline chose to save money by providing a less than usual lunch for this class of service. We received a pre-arrival snack of crackers, cheese, and fruit. The meal itself tasted good and was satisfying but this was the same meal served in economy with larger portions and I think with a few more sides. The airline's website deceptively advertises a hot meal on china in premium economy.
